ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

| i | ND Environmental Health Technology (4 semesters) | Minimum of Five Credits in NECO, WAEC or NABTEB which must include English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics at not more than two sittings |
| ii | Environmental Health Technician Diploma (EVT) 6 semesters | Minimum of Four Credits which must include English Language, Biology/Health Science and any other two from among the following subjects: Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Agricultural Science in NECO,WAEC and NABTEB at not more than two sittings |
| iii | ND/HND Dental Therapy (8semesters ) | Five Credits level passes in WAEC/ NECO/NABTEB .The subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics Chemistry, Biology Food and Nutrition at not more than two sittings. |
| iv | ND Health Information Management (4semesters) | Five Credits level passes in NECO or WAEC in not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings. |
| v | Pharmacy Technician (6semesters) | Five Credits level passes in NECO /WAEC in not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings. |
| vi | Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) 6 Semesters | Prospective students for this programme must possess a minimum of Five (5) credits passes at Senior Secondary School Certificate and other approved equivalent O’Level Certificates in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Phisics at not more than two sittings. Candidates with MLA Certificate in addition to the requirements above may be considered for admission in to the 200L of the programme. |
| vii | Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW ) Diploma three years (6semesters ) CHEW Re-training (4semesters) | Five Credits in NECO/WAEC in not more than two sittings which must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings. .Holders of JCHEW certificates (with at least a lower credit or merit) with the above ‘O’level requirements can be admitted at 200L. |
| viii | Public Health Assistant (P.H.A) | Four passes in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more two sittings which must include two credits passes in English Language and Biology and any other two passes at not more than two sittings. |
| ix | National Diploma in Health Information Management (ND HIM) 4 semesters | Five credits in NECO/ WAEC which must include English Language, Mathematics Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two sittings. |
| x | Professional Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM) 6 semesters | Five credits in NECO/ WAEC which must include English Language, Mathematics Biology, and any other two subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Civic Education or Computer Studies at not more than two sittings. |
| xi | Junior Community Health Extension Workers(JCHEW) Certificate two years (4semesters) | Three Credits level passes in NECO/ WAEC, the subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology and any other three passes at not more than two sittings. |
| xii | Diploma Health Education and Promotion DHPE (4 semesters) | A candidate must have at least four (4) credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology and any other subject from WAEC or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings. |
| xiii | Dental Surgery Technology (DST) 6 Semesters | Minimum of Five Credits in NECO/WAEC and NABTEB in not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and physics at not more than two sittings. |
